my education
my why
From an early age, my passion for sports and performance excellence was evident. Starting soccer at nine, I quickly rose to become a starting player on the U-18 Ontario Team by age 15. My talent led to multiple NCAA Division 1 recruitment offers, ultimately taking me to Georgia Southern University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.
While my soccer career was marked by success, it was also shaped by my personal experience with sports-related injuries. These challenges sparked a deep fascination with the body’s intricacies and its capacity to heal, optimize, and recover. This journey fueled my commitment to physiotherapy, where I combine my love for sports with a dedication to helping athletes overcome obstacles and achieve their peak potential.

Christina is the best physio I have ever worked with! She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes a full-body approach that is tailored to my specific sport. She also took into account the strain that travel has on me as an athlete and gave me great advice to work into my day-to-day as an athlete. During my time competing in Burlington, she was able to support me before and after racing and directly contributed to my success. Every time I am in Canada, I make sure to see her again!

I have chronic tendonitis in my knee, which made me miss half the hockey season last year. I started working with Christina for the past two months and it has alleviated a lot of pain and allowed me to not miss any hockey games this year. She works on my hips, back, and other parts of my body that are stiff and are causing the issues in my knee. My hips have become more mobile, which has a huge impact on my skating, and improving my skating helped me to make the under 18 Hockey Canada team.
